After consulting with Jason for a few months, we stumbled upon a townhome we loved on our own, but still felt like we needed to work with our own agent. We didn't feel comfortable with the builder's representative and wanted to be sure our interests would be protected and we're glad we did. Before we were done, Jason had negotiated an appliance package into the purchase agreement at no additional cost.
