We were looking at buying our first house and had already been down the block with no success. I got Jason's name from a friend and it was a whole new experience from then on. He was a seemingly never ending resource of information. Being new at the whole house thing, we obviously had ideas of what we were looking for but we were starting to give up hope of finding a house as we had been doing this a while. After Jason took us to the houses we wanted to see we told Jason that we wanted to wait until the holidays were over and maybe start looking again. Once the holidays were over Jason called us and asked if we were interested in going to look at a few houses again. Well we went out to a few that were in the range that we specifically requested and then he took us to a few that were just a little more then what we were looking at. He said that if we just increased our price range a little more that we would get a lot better houses to look at and that they would be more of what we were looking for. Well we talked and found that the houses that he suggested were actually in our range and away we went. We looked at a few and then we had finally found our house in Coon Rapids which had plenty of room and was in our price range completely. He definitely has a great willingness to accommodate his client’s needs and his work ethics were outstanding. I would make Jason my first choice in buying if I had to do it all over again and will definitely call him if we ever look at selling.
