Jason Kraemer made the process very smooth and pleasant. Whenever an issue came up he was very knowledgeable and patient. Another thing I would like to point out was that he was easy to get a hold of when we had questions or concerns. Finally, he was always straight to the point and explained things in a way that anyone would understand. We would use him again and have recommended him to family and friends.
