Jason is an excellent realtor and made buying our first home a fun learning experience. Jason often offered insight and context to the market and to home buying process, while never pushing us for a decision. Jason encouraged our researching and multiple questions throughout the process and really made himself available, no matter when we wanted to see house. I felt Jason’s greatest contribution was in allowing Kim and I to understand the key aspects of a home that were most important to us and then insuring we didn’t waste time looking at new houses on the market that didn’t meet those criteria. It saved us countless wasted hours of looking just to look. In the end we found exactly the home we wanted in exactly the area we had hoped to buy.
