He provided really practical insight and knowledge all along the way from helping determine reasonable asks in the purchase agreement to make an attractive offer that still got what I needed, explained the process to me all along the way, provided recommendations for inspectors, closing agents, movers, etc. which made the process easy for me as an incredibly busy single mom. He kept me in the loop on every aspect of the process so I always knew what was coming and what to expect. When my mortgage processing hit a bump in the road and we had to close a week later, he jumped in to help ensure the sale wasn’t jeopardized and worked with the seller’s agent to keep everyone happy.
