Jason we can’t thank you enough for the pleasant and professional process of selling our home. We had met you briefly previously and were impressed so naturally we called you. From beginning to end nothing but perfection. the amazing part was the fact that the day our home was listed we had 3 showings and the second one made an offer. Then the next day the unthinkable happened. We discovered there was a pending lawsuit with the roofers and association so no FHA loans and a cash offer was needed.
