Jason helped us to purchase our first home, a townhouse, five years ago. Since then we’ve outgrown our home by two children. My husband and I work on opposite ends of town and we wanted to explore various neighborhood options within the metro area. However, we didn’t even know where to start. We were more than impressed with Jason’s professional approach and dedication in helping us to find the right location and the right house, even given our strict criteria of driving radiuses, neighborhoods, criteria for the home itself (great backyard, three bedrooms on one level, newer remodel, etc.). Jason led us through a dedicated process of narrowing down areas, then exhausting options within those areas. He was available, knowledgeable and made us feel as if we were his most important clients (although we knew just how busy he really was!). We found a great home in Edina and because of Jason’s astute approach we were the first bid in on the house and we avoided any price negotiations.
