When
we listed, we used the best price from a town house in our complex. We were
certain they did not get the asking. Well, we needed more! Then we got
two purchase agreements. Jason courageously went back and forth between the two
potential buyers and got us more! We could have lost them both, but he said the
right words and his timing was right-on. We actually got a bid with more than
we needed. Now, we see two more are selling in the complex. Positive vibes are
now in air. We will pass on the vibes to others we know thinking of selling. We
are so pleased with Jason, we tell everyone about him when we re-tell our
"move" story. He is not just a Realtor to us he is a friend. One
phone call was all it took in the beginning in early March, 2015. After that we
were in daily contact. He always responded quickly with a call, text, or
e-mail. His communication is excellent. And his patience went beyond limits
with explanations, especially to me. When we needed to meet or sign off on
paperwork, he came to our house, rather than us driving to his office. That is
huge! When we are packing, painting or arranging a mover. When things got
bogged down (often) with our buyers financing and also with closing being
postponed, Jason worked hard with the new home seller to allow us to move
furniture in. This saved us hundreds with the movers and wear and tear on
furniture that would have had to be removed from the truck and stored for 4
days. He also helped us keep the "faith" when it seemed things might
fall apart. He even ordered and personally delivered a microwave door panel to
replace a cracked one in our new house. The timing lifted us out of our
discouragement and fears. He diligently searched townhouse listings, zero-ing
in to our top 3 preferences: location, style, & price. Jason stayed with
us- even through a closing process that took up most of a Friday. Finally,
Jason gave us a housewarming gift, which even now adds cheer to our living
room.
