I would highly recommend working with Jason when planning to buy or sell a home. Overall, the phrase I would use to describe him was experienced professional. Jason spared no expense in making sure my home was marketed in the best possible light, and those efforts and his exceptional negotiation ability were able to generate a fair offer in less than a month. We also worked with him to purchase a new home, and once again working with an experienced professional paid off. We were able to purchase the home we wanted, at the right price, in the right timeframe, even after having challenges with the builder. Buying and/or selling a home is one of the largest decisions any of us make, you owe it to yourself to work with the best….if we ever do it again Jason will be our first call.
