Our team consists of three very talented individuals who are all passionate about real estate! Jason Kraemer started his career in real estate in 2002 and started the team shortly after getting his real estate license. Jason helps buyers and sellers across the entire Twin Cities metro. 

Carly Nelson, has been our team's full time Director of Operations since 2015, and after eight years of being in the real estate industry, she finally decided it was time to get her real estate license. She now helps buyers and sellers all across MN, but specializes in the NE suburbs like White Bear Lake, Hugo, Mahtomedi, Lake Elmo, Grant, Shafter, Stillwater, Forest Lake, Wyoming, North Branch, Chisago City, and Lindstrom. 

Joe Perry, has been with the team for one year now and has been a huge asset to the team. He obtained his real estate license in 2021 and specializes in the north west suburbs but has helped both buyers and sellers all across the Twin Cities!
