There was a 4.4% increase in Average Sales Price in the Twin Cities metro based on the graph on the right. The top 5 areas with the largest change in avg. sales price from 2015 were: Zumbrota, Newport, Scandia, Lexington, and Willernie.
In 2016, the numbers of days for a home to be on the market drastically dropped in 2016 (decrease of -15.8%). The average cumulative days on the market until sale was at 64 days in 2016. For the Kraemer Team, our average days on market until sale in 2016 was 33 days!
