There was a 7.5% increased in Average Sales Price in the Twin Cities metro based on the graph on the right. The top 5 areas with the largest change in avg. sales price from 2016 were: Wayzata, Long Lake, Excelsior, Deephaven, and Columbus.
In 2017, the numbers of days for a home to be on the market dropped 13.8%. The average cumulative days on the market until sale was 56 days in 2017. For the Kraemer Team, our average days on market until sale in 2017 was 16 average days!
